Travel in South TW partII- South Traverse Railroad

This type of train "Putong (普通)" can't be saw on the west coast nowadays. And this train make me feel like back to few years ago.

離開巧匠咖啡後，我們前往加祿車站，買了張往古莊的來回車票，這條南迴鐵路的路線，據媽媽所說是很多年前很紅的一條旅遊路線，我也還記得小時候媽媽常帶我來這裡，不過很顯然地，現在已經不是那麼有名啦！整個車站月台只有女友跟我，一天的班次也只有兩班。



這條路線的特色之處在於他走的是南迴鐵路最精華的一段，當初南迴鐵路開拓不易，途中經歷許多的山洞，部分段只能單向通車，也是台灣環島鐵路唯一一段沒有電氣化的路線，我想對火車迷來說應該是很有吸引力吧！



After leaving the coffee shop, we went to "Cha-Lu(加祿) train stop", and bought one back-and-forth ticket to "Gu-Chuang(古莊) train stop. This route of the south traverse railroad, as my mom said, once were a popular travel route, but apparently, it's not famous at all now. Because only my gf and me are in the whole platform, and there are only two trains a day here.



The feature of this railroad is that it is the finest part of the south traverse railroad, this part was difficult to construct at that time, and it pass many tunnel, and part of this railroad is one-way traffic, and it is the only one which is non-electronic in the round-island railroad. I think for the train fans, this can be facinating enough!



車子緩慢地開進來以後，發現車上的乘客也不少，不過似乎多半都是老人家呢，是懷古嗎？久違的普通車讓我想起高中的年代呢，那綠色的座椅，有點生鏽的窗戶，和那轉起來會吱吱叫的電扇！都讓人有種思古幽情(其實也就幾年前啦XD)



The train came in slow speed, we found that there are not few passenger here, but most of them are elders, are they try to catch the young feeling? Despite of them, this train really remind me the time in my senior high school(bcz at that time, i always took train to school), the green seats, rusty windows, and the fans which make some "gaga" noise when it rotate, I like all of these!

沿途的風景也很好，過了枋山後，就可以看到一片寬闊的海洋，令人心情愉悅，接下來就是一連串的山洞連續轟炸! (進入山洞的聲音很吵雜)

the scene was good, after passing the Fangshan(枋山) , can see a broad sea view, and next, was the series of continuous bombing of tunnel! (very noisy when entering the tunnel)

不一會兒，就到了古莊，我們也到了台東，不過說真的古莊沒有太多東西好逛，輕鬆地到處晃了晃後就在等回程的火車。


回程的火車來了後，我們研究了一個新玩法，就是跑到火車的最後面，當進入隧道很吵時，就可以對著外面又吼又叫，都不會被聽到，而且景觀也很好，挺有趣的。


很幸運地，出了南迴，就看到夕陽出現在寬闊的海洋上，火紅的夕陽照耀了那一片大海，把海都染紅了！看到了很特別的景色


於是乎，當我們結束了這段火車之旅，又快點到了枋山剛剛喝咖啡的海灘，去看夕陽落到海面下，結束了一天的行程!



not for a long time, we arrived Gu-Chuang(古莊) station, at the same time, we also came to Tai-Tong. But accually, there are not so much to see in Gu-Chung nearby, we walked around and then waited for the return train.


When on the return train, we designed a new playing method, that was that run to the bottom of the train. When the train entered into the train , it was very noisy, and we can scream out, and said whatever we want, and no one could hear! And the view in the bottom has different feeling with see from the window inside! A lot of fun!


Luckly, when train came to Pintong, we saw the beautiful sunset on the broad sea, the flaming red reflected on the sea, dyed the sea as the same red, very unique scene!


as a result, when we ended this train trip, we back to the beach we just came to in a hurry, to see the sunset fall below the sea, and finished this one day trip!
